Courses
Junk Yard
For those who have been long time customers and friends of Combat
Paintball, you know that the Junk Yard is where it all began. This course has
just about anything and everything from old school buses to old farm
equipment. This is now our premier field used the whole season.
Woods Course I
This is the second oldest course. It has many options available based on
what size area you wish to play on. This course can be divided based on
the size area the players want to use or number of people playing. The
South side of this course has a creek flowing through it. During times of
the year the creek bed is dried up, however it usually has plenty of places
to cross with only a few feet of water in others. The South side of the
course has both natural and man made obstacles and bunkers. In the
middle of the course there is an open area filled with Tire Bunkers. This
gives players cover when going from the North to the South side (or vice
versa). However players will often times go right up the middle of the
course using the tires like they would bunkers on a speed ball course. On
the north side it is all natural vegetation with natural obstacles or bunkers.
What direction you choose to follow to eliminate your opponent is up to
you. This course does not get used as much after redoing the field set up
this course is now a fair distance away from the parking area, We now
have a few other woods courses that we use that still incorporate the
creek and have a fort we have built and are working on making bigger
each year.
Speed Ball I
This course is personally one of my favorites. It is an aggressive
course made up of over 20 Airball bunkers of many different shapes and
sizes. From the start points you can already eliminate your opponent.
Paintball netting along the course gives parents, friends, and other
players the chance to see the action up close. If you like a lot of action
and a good adrenaline rush this course is for you. For the 2010 season
the speedball field will be closed. This course was closed for the 2010
season we are looking at relocating it close to the new parking area and
posibly having it set up and in use for the 2011 season
Woods course II
This course was built for small groups. It is wooded with
pallets and tire bunkers through out the course. This course
was designed with both the speed baller and a woods
Paintballer in mind. The course is meant so that you will run
into the opposing team shortly after the start of the game.
This course allows you to get plenty of action in a woods
environment. This course is now the farthest from our new
parking area. It is almost never used other then some of
the big scenarios.
Woods course III
Woods course IV The Fort
Woods course V
This is one of the newer courses. It does not have a lot of
man made obstacles. However it does have a lot of down
trees and Natural obstacles and bunkers. Memorial
weekend 08 we had a large storm that knocked just about
half of the old pine trees down pulling some of them up by
the roots. The terrain has a couple of deep valleys and
some ridge lines. Some of the down trees are like huge
forts just them selves. I had one of the best times I have
had playing paintball the first time I played this course after
the storm!!!
This course, or part of the field was first used for military
games '08. Since then we have built a several room fort.
This has a creek that goes right down the middle of the
course and the fort is located right next to the fort. During the
2010 season we plan on adding three rooms to the fort and a
second story or tower. Also, would like to add another fort to
the course as well.
This will be our newest course 2010 will be the first time this
part of the filed will be used for open play and regular events.
So far this part of the field has only been used for Military
Games 09 and an airsoft big game put on by an outside
promoter. We would like to make some more trails through
this part of the field and build a few forts as well over the next
few seasons.
Urban Course
There is and open area of the field between the Woods Course III and
Woods Course IV Fort Course. We are looking to start to build this area
up into a nice urban course. We have a fairly large area to do this and
can build up quite the course. We put up the first three buildings late in
the 09 season and plan on putting up three more early 2010 and 3 more
later in the season. As well as adding cars, signs and more props.
